Following your consent, the B-max Technology technical service can use the remote assistance function to check the settings of your pellet device at any time and, if necessary, correct any errors without the need for an exit.
If the problem could not be solved online, through this system, customer support can at least identify the situation clearly and go to the installation site with the ready solution thus avoiding waste of time.
System usable from any browser, and accessible from Android, Ios, Linux and Windows operating systems.
The platform allows you to associate customer data with each device and geo-locate the system directly on the map.
